As of August 2024 I am not yet in a position to resume activities with History Alive In Schools although I am extremely delighted to report that my husband was fortunate enough to receive his awaited liver transplant at the end of June.  His post transplant aftercare currently requires weekly trips and occasional readmissions to hospital in Edinburgh & I am still caring for him full time as he attempts to resume his fitness and independence so I am not YET in a position where I can start to think about taking bookings for schools workshops. 

 

Hopefully, his recovery does start to pick up a pace and once his immune suppression is at a safer level for me to RISK going into schools and his clinic appointments reduce in frequency I might be able to reopen my diary.

     Unfortunately, I will NOT be taking any bookings for 2024/25 at the current time but my website and Facebook will be updated just as soon as I am able to get back to it.

     Fingers crossed in coming months we'll have positive news and can resume activities but until then hubbies health and welfare plus the many appointments that we'll have to attend have to come first.
